Chinese yam with blueberry
Effect: It can lighten your skin and remove pigmentation. It is good for spleen and eyes.
Ingredients: 1 Chinese yam, 100g blueberry jam, 100ml evaporated milk, 100ml water, approximate amount of proper crystal sugar, 3g salt.
1. Rinse the Chinese yam, peel and cut it into pieces. Put the pieces in the steam pot and fill it with water and steam with high heat for 20 minutes till the Chinese yam is tender enough to poke through with a chopstick and then remove from the steam pot.
2. Put the Chinese yam in a bowl and grind to a pulp with a scoop. Add evaporated milk and salt, etc. and stir to mix well.
3. Fill the pot with water, put in the blueberry jam and boil with high heat and reduce to low heat till the liquid thickens. Remove from heat and cool.
Method: Fill the Chinese yam pulp into pastry bag and squeeze it into a container. Garnish the Chinese yam with blueberry jam. Enjoy your healthy dish!
