Ingredients: 2 golden tremella, 10g tu chung, 3 to 4 chicken legs, 2 preserved dates, 2 slices of ginger, 1000cc water.
Preparation: Rinse the overnight-soaked golden tremella and set aside. Rinse and then soak tu chung for 10 minutes, drain and set aside. Rinse the red dates and set aside. Blanch the chicken legs with a slice of ginger, remove the nails from the chicken legs and set aside.
Method: Fill the stockpot with 1500cc of water, put the rinsed red dates, ginger slices and tu chung and bring them to a boil. Put the chicken legs in the stockpot until the water starts bubbling. Reduce the heat to low or medium for 40 minutes. Boil the golden tremella in the stockpot for 20 minutes and then put in a pinch of salt. Enjoy your healthy dish!
